## 使い始めたばかりなのに、「長期未洗浄」のランプが点灯しています。

##### 「使用開始」の時期をお確かめください。

主電源を入れてから、2か月〜2.5か月経過していませんか？ その場合、異常ではありません。  
洗エールレンジフードは、主電源を入れたときから経過時間を測定し始め、洗浄時期をお知らせします。キッチン納入時に動作確認で主電源を入れるため、その時点が「使用開始」となります。引っ越しの都合など、納入から実際の使用開始まで日数が空いた場合などが「長期未洗浄」ランプ点灯の理由と考えられます。  
「長期未洗浄」のランプが点灯している場合は、ファンフィルターの洗浄を行なってください。

## 洗浄ボタンを押しても、洗浄が始まりません。解決方法は？

##### 2つの方法をお試しください。

①スイッチ操作が「ロック」されていませんか？ 鍵マークが点灯している場合は「ロック」中ですので、「切ボタンを長押ししてロックを解除してください。  
②換気運転中や省エネナビ運転中ではありませんか？ その場合は、洗浄はできません。換気運転、省エネナビ運転を停止してから洗浄を行ってください。

上記をご確認いただいても洗浄ができない場合は、クリナップカスタマーセンターへお問い合わせください。

## 使用開始から2か月経っていないのに、洗浄ランプが点灯するのははぜ？

##### 洗浄ランプの点灯のタイミングは、使用頻度によって異なります。

洗浄ランプの点灯は「2か月に一度」が目安ですが、使用頻度によって早まることがあります。また、常時換気運転をご使用の場合、洗浄頻度はおよそ1か月に一度となります。  
ランプが点灯したら、早めに洗浄を行ってください。
